CallTower has launched a real-time data analytics hardware solution called CT Cloud Analyze.
Users of any UC system need to be able to monitor their network to maximize the potential efficiency and ROI, the company says. CallTower’s CT Cloud Analyze hardware makes this possible, by placing a remote sensor in the customer’s network.
CT Cloud Analyze is placed where a phone or softphone enabled computer would sit. Through a Wi-Fi or direct connection, simulated voice traffic is sent every 30-seconds and mirrored to CallTower – providing real-time and historical QoS data. This data is available through a dashboard and alerts can be configured for any problem.
